Still no dirt nap. Nothing posted since 2013 but here goes. Lots of things have happened since then. The biggest one is President Trump. Yes, I voted for him as I felt I had no other real choice. Not my choice but.........   He has done some good things but as far as I am concerned his thumbs need to be in his pockets. Not on Twitter.
We have been very busy. Sold our home as I was tired of being the pool boy, the lawn boy and the fix it man. Rented two different homes and did not like them. Bought a new home in a gated community that is a retirement community. Like it.

Still here!

I doubt if anyone will read this but thought I would tell the world I am still here. No "dirt nap" yet. Many things have gone on since my last post so I am thinking about starting back.

Done

Been quite a while since I posted and lots of things have happened to both the country and me.
Seems both have gone down hill. I least am on the road to recovery but I fear that our country is on the knife edge of being gone forever as we once knew it.

I guess for some that may be a good thing but if you live long enough and study history the realization that is wrong will hit you square in the face.

Therefore, unless something moves me I am done. If the current administration is successful for the next four years I would strongly suggest laying low might be good plan. If younger, I would leave the country.

Been over a year but here we go again.

Calvin Coolidge said "The business of America is business." So with that in mind allow me to express my opinion of the current crisis with the following thoughts.
Assume the President of the US is the CEO of a very, very large business. He was elected by this board that are aligned with his thinking and for future of the company. The board was elected by the shareholders with a like minded direction of the CEO.
Two short years later the CEO has taken the country in areas very different from the direction the promises that he made that got him appointed CEO. Additionally, the shareholders decided to replace many members of the board with persons they are more aligned with in their thinking for the direction of the company.
Now the CEO has to work, or should work, harder to make sure the original promises made to the shareholders to continue his vision of the future of the company. It's harder now since the CEO no longer has a majority of board members on his side. No longer can the CEO take the company in his direction so what does he now do? He does nothing! He refuses to work with members of his board that now do not agree with them to find a solution for the best outcome for the company. The shareholders are now more upset as they now cannot expect a better return on their investment with the company, in fact they are losing their investment. Outside experts now say the company is headed in a very dangerous direction and all members of the board and the CEO must start working for the overall good of the company or complete failure is possible.
Shareholders start organizing to replace board members and the CEO but with so much time it takes, the company still is in trouble.
Shareholder's, get in touch with your board members and tell them to get on the ball and get the company problems fixed and fixed fast or they will not have a job. The CEO will have to be replaced with the new board to make the company work again.
Think my opinion is off base? Fine, look at history. Our Republic has been up and down several times but hard work and CEO/Members of the Board that put Country before Self have brought it back. It needs to happen again. Right NOW.

Just the facts.

In 2008 the unemployment rate was 4.6 % and our national debt was 10.7 trillion dollars. You know the Bush years.
In 2010 the unemployment rate is 9.25 %, some say really 15 %, and our national debt is 14 trillion dollars. You know the Obammy years so far. The end numbers are projected to be much higher and every dumbass Biden has admitted some of the jobs will never return.
Now to my point. Only until Obammy get's the debt and unemployment rates back to 2008 levels can he blame Bush. Remember as a rookie senator from Illinois he voted for the "put us in debt" package. When will Obammy and his group of thugs and czars get things back on track or is this the track they want us on. The worse it is the more power the central government can grab. The easier the "useful idiots" will accept it.
Where will this end? Any guesses?

The Border and Terrorist Solution

The Border Solution

You need to read this slowly and very carefully as I am writing this directly from my heart, really emotion. So you will read anger and frustration in this document but the solution I am proposing will work. It will require a tremendous commitment from our lawmakers, both state and federal, to allow this to work. This is and this alone will be the death of any solutions as they are cowards and gutless. But allow me to continue below.

1. The Department of State should make it very clear to Mexico that no longer would the wholesale illegal migration be tolerated. This must be done in public and be on the record nationally within the United States. Within this document all of the laws of the Untied States that determines the safety of our border.
2. Immediately active duty troops from all of the services will be dispatched to areas as needed. There is nothing within the Constitution of the United States of America that says this cannot be done. Remember, it’s the responsibility of the federal government to protect the borders. As example, the Army would handle the Mexican and Canadian border with Naval supported where needed. Most of that would be on the Canadian border. The Navy, Coast Guard and the Marine Corps would protect the Atlantic and Pacific borders. Removing the Armed Forces from all areas of the world will provide the manpower. The State Department foreign Embassy’s and Consultants will provide any direct contact with governments as needed. The Untied States of America is not the policeman of the world and that job needs to be stopped immediately.
3. Start locating and deporting ALL illegal in the country. It can be done. All it takes is a commitment to make it happen. It will take time but make it happen.
4. This is one of the most important points in this exercise so pay attention. Change the law that makes anyone born in this country that has parents that are not legal citizens a citizen of the United States of America. Anchor babies are a thriving business and it has to stop. There are “tourist” companies in foreign countries that package deals for pregnant women to come here and have their babies. They then go home with a citizen of this country that has a passport and can come back anytime they chose. If you deal with patient people there now is an Open Door to people you have no idea what their real agenda is.
5. Last, you overhaul Homeland Security to make it really work. It’s now as close to a joke as anything can be. My suggestion is to fire everybody and then rehire those that know what he or she are doing and let the rest swing in the wind.
6. Now you set real immigration quotas and make it happen. We as a country always will need people and their skills. It is very important that the first thing a person does that wants to be a citizen of the United States of America is NOT to break our law.
7. Let me further make it very clear that if I was a citizen of Mexico I would be over that border every day. It would be like a yo-yo. Back and forth to make sure my family was taken care of. I have lived and worked in Texas and I have nothing but respect for their work ethic. All of this is a matter of LAW. That and that alone must be what drives our border protection.

There is an isolation policy in my solution. We need to realize that the world has changed and we must change to protect our Republic. The United States of America is quickly becoming the target of the rest of the world. Rest assured Western Europe within the next 10/15 years will align them with the Muslim world. Don’t believe me, just check the population shift in those countries and then make your own assessment. It is scary and putting your head in the sand will not solve this. If the Border is contained then perhaps a domestic Terrorist Solution may not be needed.

The Terrorist Solution

When our borders are closed and we know who is actually in this country we can really then start to solve the terrorist problem. After all, we trained the Muslim Terrorist that flew into the World Trade Center, the Pentagon and crashed the plane in Pennsylvania countryside with some very brave people on board. So hold on as my solution will not set will with a lot of people but to be honest, I don’t want people here that want to kill me.

1. First and foremost the CIA and other agencies that are tasked with protecting the interest of the United States of America must be turned loose and let them have at it. If bad people need to die then they die. We are not fighting armies with uniforms and are representing countries that have declared war. We are fighting cowards that will not come out of the dark of night so we have to go into the darkness and kill them.
2. Our airports and ports must be afforded protection that far exceeds the present state of the Three Stooges act that is happening now. Reorganize the entire upper management structure with the finest professions available. Fire immediately personal those are not qualified. Continuous training of personal to keep all up to the latest threats must happen without fail. At foreign airports and seaports the United States of America MUST place personal there to make sure passengers and freight inbound to the United States has been cleared.
3. It should be apparent that trying to fight/conquer terrorist enemies on their soil has not worked. Our NATION BUILDING policy must stop. It must be made very clear to every country on earth that we will come and kill any enemy that is trying to harm the Untied States of America. We further make it clear that we are not bringing massive forces into their country. They will be taken out by a number of methods. CIA, Delta, Seals, Marine Recon, Missiles or drones will be used as needed. Collateral, death of others than the target is regrettable but that happens during warfare. If the host nation that allows our enemies to live there then remove them their self. That solves the problem, period.
4. The citizens of the United States of America must be aware that fighting a war against terrorist can and will effect their lifestyle. It will be necessary to cease trade with certain nations that allow and support terrorist to exist in their country. It may be food, it may be oil, it may be other goods but it has to happen. This is war like it or not and everyone must play a part in seeking victory. Only until that victory is achieved will any sense of normalcy be able to take place. This and this alone will be the hardest thing to happen as the American public is spoiled and unable to deprive themselves of the privileges for which others have given their lives.

Our Republic was conceived in 1776 and has survived until 2010. It is in doubt if the Founders would recognize what it looks like today. One on the greatest charges in our Constitution is that of defending our Republic. That commitment is eroding quickly under the Obama administration and nothing seen has shown any changes to the good will occur. Unless either the solutions above or solutions that will equally solve the problems I continue to predict our Republic has no more than 20 years to survive. Yes, we may continue to be here but what we know as The United States of America whose laws are to be derived from our Constitution will be something you would not know.

Note that closing our borders is Job One. This will then take care of the illegal problems.

Job Two will be the terrorist matter as it is tied directly into Job One.

My Thoughts On Our Republic

I have had thoughts about the state of our Republic for several years now and finally it seems I should put all of them into writing. For the record this did not start with the election of Obama. I lost faith in Bush and certainly in the congress before I ever heard of Obama. Additionally I must also admit my concern has only gotten worse since Obama’s election and the makeup of the current congress. Having said this, I continue.

One of the great quotes attributed to Franklin is when someone asked him after leaving the Constitution Convention was what kind of government are you giving us. The answer was “ A Republic if you can keep it”. Keeping our Republic is where we, in my opinion, are right now. Never before in the history of our Republic are we in more danger of losing everything we hold dear about our freedom as we do now.

For the last 100 years the country has been bent from being governed by our Constitution to one being governed by public opinion. Just to remind anyone that does not know, our form of government is a Representative Republic. We are not or have ever been a democracy. The democracy founded by Greece lasted less that 50 years. That type of government cannot work, period. Maybe if there are only 50 people in the area being governed it might work. Just stop and think that in a democracy the majority rules so if the majority wants you beaten to death, then you get beaten to death. Just to be fair, it must be stated that life of a Republic is about 200 years. So, do the math. 2010 – 1787 = 222 years. Just to remind you our Constitution was ratified September 17, 1787. It did not take full effect until 1788 so I am giving us the benefit of the doubt for time. With the history lesson out of the way I will continue.

I first recommend one understands the difference between the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution of the United States. The first is the determination of the 13 colonies to demand justice from England or we will go on our own. It’s a wonderful document and it’s more than just the Preamble that is quoted the most. To me the most moving part is at the end. Allow me to just use that part which is stirring and gives one a window into the depth of what was going to happen to them. “WE MUTUALLY PLEDGE TO EACH OTHER OUR LIVES, OUR FORTUNES, AND OUR SACRED HONOR.” By the way if you do not already know, my personal hero Thomas Jefferson wrote the Declaration of Independence. Moving on the Constitution of the United States you must understand this is the sole document that sets out our style of government and how our laws will be determined. Additionally, the original Bill of Rights outlines the basis of our personal freedom in this country. James Madison of the colony of Virginia primarily wrote the Constitution and Virginia’s Constitution was its basis. Our Constitution is the shortest and oldest written constitution used by any nation in the world today. This fact and this fact alone in my opinion the “progressive” politicians want to change it and make it “modern in their opinion”. My thoughts about what “modern” means is to change our Constitution and Rights to align with their ideas what you need to have and align it with foreign countries. Histories of the changes that have been proposed are leading this country directly into socialism/fascism/communism. Never mind which word you use, they lead to the same bad results. Total government control of your rights. In other words, the removal of your rights.

Which brings this document to current times. In 2008 the stars aligned, either by chance or plan, a new doctrine of HOPE and CHANGE was promoted and an unknown with no record and a vague past was elected to the President of the United States of America. I am not going into detail about the comment of the stars being aligned by chance or plan but if you care, do your own homework. Shorthand polices started by Jimmy Carter [who I thought was the worse President we have ever had but Obama is now in the lead] lead to the bubble that allowed Obama to be elected. That plus a very clever campaign to bring completely uninformed voters to the poles allowed Obama to be elected.

The list of CHANGE is below:

1. Take over of the banking industry.
2. Take over of Wall Street.
3. Take over of industry. GM and Chrysler are the leading examples.
4. Starting the take over the Internet.
5. Starting the take over talk radio.
6. Control of the press. Both print and broadcast.
7. Redistribution of wealth.
8. Total control of the health system. Comments on this would lead to endless examples so you need to do your own investigation to understand what is going to happen to you and your family.
9. Increased taxes that will kill the middle class. Increased taxes will not affect the poor and they don’t pay taxes to begin with. The Value Added Tax would effect the poor but I am sure something will be done to give them yet something else for nothing. Allow me to comment here. ANYTHING THAT IS GIVEN TO YOU WITHOUT WORKING FOR IT HAS NO VALUE. Giving people everything, no matter how little, it takes to live removes them from any value of themselves. That is very dangerous for any society.
10. Taxation and regulations that will finally kill small business, which is the largest employer in the United States. After that the door will be wide open for all businesses to be controlled by the government. This step will make Item 3 above look small.

There are more that can be added to the list of CHANGE but for now that will do. It may now address HOPE.

Hope for what you may ask? I really do not have an answer for this but if this continues I don’t think many of us will recognize what this country will look at when it comes out on the other side.

The thing that now rings very true when I look at Obama and his HOPE and CHANGE message and what he really said when running for the presidency is he has done exactly what he said he was going to do. His message of control was there, but the voters that elected him ignored it.

Along with Obama and his HOPE and CHANGE plan came a new congress that to date as gone along with everything Obama has wanted to CHANGE. This brings me to my final point.

The mid-term election of November 2010 is the tipping point for the future of our Republic. I am not talking about electing a Republican instead of a Democrat for an office. I am talking about electing people that care about the direction our country is taking. We need to elect people that will stand up for the Constitution of the United States. Not the socialist agenda change that is being forced down the throats of the citizens of the United States at the present time by the President and the congress.

Summing up my thoughts is a very simple task on retaining our Republic. Let’s vote this November for CHANGE and HOPE all of the damage that has occurred in the past can be repaired. If you care, vote. If you don’t care then just go to the mall, drink your beer and watch TV. Remember people get the government they deserve by the actions or in this case, their inaction.

The Mojave Cross

I have given much thought about the destruction and removal of the Mojave Cross by persons with an agenda, not vandals. Interesting enough my first thoughts were echoed by a person interviewed on TV. That being; "Is someone going to military cemeteries and remove the crosses from the graves?" If so, then they are going to be busy as the nearly 300,000 military that died were mostly Christian.

So, on the agenda. Can one just very quickly to NAZI Germany before and during WWII? They make the Jews were yellow Stars of David. Perhaps Christians will be made to wear crosses of some color. Why would I think that? I don't know, its that old Past is Pro log thing. I have tried very, very hard no to fall into the old conspiracy traps but it's getting harder and harder not to pay attention.

Much has been made if Obammy is a "closet" muslim. If so, then maybe the giving money away to muslims in spite of what most of the people in this country thinks has something to do with my thinking. I strongly suggest you read www.thefederalregister.com/d.p/2009-02-04-E9-2488
It legitimizes Hamas in this country and lets you pay for it. Maybe I am wrong so make up your own mind.

I have said over and over I fear for our Republic. The elections in November 2010 can be the turning point to move our Republic back to where it was formed. Please obtain a copy of the Constitution of the United States and read it. It's your guide to your freedom. Make no mistake the current administration and congress are doing everything in their power to change it and take control of every corner of your life.
Work hard for those running for office that represent what the Constitution says about your freedom. Don't fall for this social justice shit. That is all it is, shit.
