Duties of our Government

Below you can read EXACTLY what the Constitution of the United States says.
This is what is sworn by the President when taking office.

"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."

U.S. Constitution - Article 4 Section 4

Article 4 - The States Section 4 - Republican Government
The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.

After reading this how can any bill that does not protect our borders be constitutional? Note how we are to be protected from “invasion”? Why does congress and the president not give a damn about this country?
