New Orleans Revisited

What's the matter? Old chocolate got no cops? What about all of the "action" that big mouth bastard was bragging about when running to get back at the public tit? I saw some of the National Guard was white. Why are they being allowed in New "Chocolate Town" Orleans? Goddamn place should be left underwater. The Quarter smells like piss and beer so why worry about it? You build below sea level then you take your chances and the rest of this country should not have to bail your ass out over and over and over.
