Who's at fault?
OK, consider you are a citizen of the country of XYZ and for a number of years you have had nothing but problems with your neighbors and a lot of people that live within your borders. As to the neighbors you withdraw any troop present you had in their country. By the way, you were there only because the attacked you and you whipped their ass so you stayed a while to keep them honest. But as time went on, you decided everything was ok so you left. You have internal problems so you remove some citizens from certain areas so other citizens can move in hoping that will solve that point of discontent. Now you have done just about all you can do short of rolling over and dying. Oh, by the way, that is exactly what certain citizens within your country and ALL of your neighbors want you to do. But you try anyway and hope for the best.Now some of your citizens within and for now at least one of the countries on your border has decided to attack you with rockets, mortars, rocks, who the fuck knows what else and you then proceed to kick ass. Normal enough? But wait, you are blamed for defending your self. What will you do now? Wonder what you will do...................
