Let me be clear.
I love racing, all kinds. I do not like stick and ball sports. If fact there are only four sports. Use to just be three but I have added one. They are: Automobile Racing, Mountain Climbing, Bull Fighting and Rugby. That's it, only four. Now as some may know I am a fan of the 8 car in NASCAR racing. He had a solid no worse than third yesterday at Talladega. But the little prick Vickers, car number 25, wanted a win so bad he took out his own team mate on the last lap that resulted in the team mate, the 48 car, hit the 8 car and took him out also. But I digress. I just want to put in a small article found this morning quoting Dale Jr. (drive of car number 8) about the race. I love it since Jeff Gordon, another whinning prick, is a team mate of both the 48 car and the 25 car. Sorry if racing is not your sport but just had to get this out of my system this morning.TALLADEGA, Ala. - Dale Earnhardt Jr. took his last-lap wreck in Sunday's UAW-Ford 500 rather well, considering he had the potential to jump back into the thick of the championship race.
Instead, Earnhardt Jr. seemed just as upset with Jeff Gordon and vowed to never again help Gordon on the superspeedways.
“I pushed Jeff Gordon into the lead five times and every time I do that, he complains that I’m bump-drafting him in the corners and blah, blah blah,” Earnhardt Jr. said. “So I’m just not going to push him any more.
“That’s why he don’t have too many friends out there. I was trying to be his only friend, besides his teammates, who are kind of paid to draft with him.”
Earnhardt Jr. is now sixth in points, 106 behind leader Jeff Burton and 55 behind fifth-place Denny Hamlin.
