President Bush Christmas Pardons

Look at what the crimes were and now take into consideration of the two US Border Patrol officers that "broke" some laws, mostly paper work, after the captured a drug smuggler from Mexico and shooting him in the ass. Since they did not fill out the paperwork required by anal bullshit artist in the government they, the government, went to Mexico got the guy and gave him immunity to testify against the Border Patrol guards. He did and now they are on the way to jail. So, why could not Bush give them a pardon? I do not know, maybe drug dealers, tax cheats and others have a better lobby.
