Russia vs Georgia
What is happening right now with the fighting in Georgia, no ont the one between South Carolina and Florida, is the same thing that started WWII. Russia's use of overwhelming force against the small under equipped army of Georgia makes if very clear they intend to take the area back under the cover of Russia/Soviet Union's control. So far all that the countries of the world, including us, are saying is "Now be nice and stop".Georgia's desire to join NATO in my opinion is the reason that this fighting is really all about. If ALL of the countries that surround Russia are members of NATO then considering Russia's paranoia they are now surrounded by "enemies".
The thing that really bothers me is why this entire matter is being "sorta" swept into the corner by the mainstream media? I guess the Olympics and other crap is more important than perhaps the opening round of WWIII which very few will survive to live lives as we now know them.
