Why Not Try This?

There is a little known program being tried in Philadelphia that shows exactly what local, state and the federal government should really be for. Not BIG DADDY but a REAL FRIEND that gets in the middle of a problem and helps you solve it.

I will not go into all of the long and to some boring details of their plan but it’s pretty simple. They got the lenders and the people being foreclosed on together and worked out a solution. Did they solve all of the issues? NO, but they solved 80% of the problem with mortgages.

In the middle of all of the is ACORN with is a very, very dangerous organization. Since they do participate in assisting in getting mortgages for the low income I guess they had to be included.

This is exactly what is needed. Get the lenders and the homeowners together and fix the problem right there. IT CAN BE DONE AND SHOULD BE DONE. You do not need to throw money at every problem and include items in bills that have nothing to do with what you are trying to fix.

Have you ever heard of OCAM’S RAZOR? It’s when the most simple of solution is the best. Why not try it? It is working in Philadelphia?
