HAPPY NEW YEAR
My last post was on Christmas so this one on New Years is just about right. 2008 has been a rough ride and 2009 looks no better. Maybe, just maybe the last quarter of 2009 will get better but nothing now leads me to think that.My oldest daughter says she thinks she is in an episode of Star Trek and on the holo-deck. Nothing seems real. Money being printed without anything backing it and given away without any guidelines, the recent Presidential election and what is now brewing in Israel and in other places around the world does not bode well when you really take time to look at them. The world is very dangerous right now and with the change in administration in Washington I wonder just how we are going to be protected. I think I know but let's see.
So in the mean time things roll on. We keep getting junk mail that promises just about everything from riches to a longer, well you know. The left wing news media keeps screaming about how bad it is so it will get bad and then they can say "we told you so". On and on and on.
The most interesting thing about what is going to happen this January is Obammy's term will lead into 2012. That year has much written about it and what is supposed to happen.
WE SHALL SEE. IF IT DOES, IT'S BEEN A WONDERFUL RIDE. WOULD NOT CHANGE A THING.
