Obammy and Afghanistan.
Obammy has made is "war" speech after wringing his hands for three months, or waiting for his masters to tell him what to say. Which ever comes first. So what was said?1. Adding 30,000 +/- troops. Of course this is not nearly as many as the generals wanted to get the job done but what difference does that make? After all, a community organizer knows best.
2. WE WILL START RETREATING in 2011. OK, then I will sit on my ass and wait. After all, they have waited since the Six Century to win the world so what's a few years? Why not publish our battle plans on local radio and TV. After all, with the recent actions by the Obammy administration we need to show the world how free and open we are. You know, the public trials of self admitted terrorist in New York. Six defendants could be tried for about 5 bucks. 10 if you believe in the old "double tap" method. To close, setting any time line is insane but what do you expect?
3. OOOOOOOOOO! We have to win now Sarkozy of France pledges full support of the Afghan war. Are they going to send troops or cheese? Britain says they will send 500 more. I guess anything is better than nothing but shit.
4. Personally I don't believe anyone really has an "end game". No matter what happens in the end it will not change. I firmly believe you would have to slaughter every living soul there and poison the soil in the entire country. Then and only then will the job the done.
5. A FINAL WORD. Has anyone thought that 2011 is just before the election cycle of 2012? Now Obammy can run on "I TOLD YOU I WOULD WIN IN AFGHANISTAN". It's just his definition of winning needs to be clarified.
HOPE AND CHANGE; CHANGE AND HOPE. I know what I HOPE to CHANGE.
