Space Shuttle

Everyone needs to pray, meditate, stare at the wall, cross your fingers or what ever you do to bring good fortune to a project. The shuttle is to old to be flying. I know, I know, we are flying airplanes that are well over 50 years old and will continue to fly them. The B-52 is the best example I know of. But none of the airplanes are subject to the rigors of flying in the harsh environment of space. Plus it's 1970's technology. The space program should have had a new design flying long before this. NASA's planning is poor at best as they seem to be doing to much at once.
Enough of this, please keep the shuttle mission on your mind and send out all of the positive energy you can.
I am worried about this launch.
