My Solution
Anyone that is injured, killed or in any other way hurt by an illegal alien the family should automatically be granted a lawsuit award to be paid by the city, county, state and federal government that allows sanctuary to illegals or fail to pursue the laws of the cities, counties, states and the federal government. PERIOD, end of story. Unless something like this is done you will never and I mean never solve this problem. If enough money is at risk then someone will get off their ass and start to solve the problem.
